We are a dedicated, close-knit team that has been with the company since its inception, embodying hard work and a commitment to delivering quality homes. We saw a unique opportunity 20 years ago and commenced with a focus to develop each stand rather than just to create and sell off vacant stands. To date, more than 1,200 stands within the Kraaibosch and Welgelegen security estates have been created and added to the Western Cape supporting local businesses and enhancing the local economy.
